*** Sunday, March 28 Let’s Get-Together at JAA (12 – 5 p.m. See the address below in red) ● Agendas at the meeting on March 28, 2010 (Sunday) 1) Election and announcement of the new President of OAANY 2010 – 2012. 2) Plans for the Spring Party on April 18 (Sunday): Roles, assignments and shopping, etc. We need lots volunteers for this event: Setting the hall, Table/Chair Arrangement, Sound System, Reception, Stage Coordination, Back Stage Contact, Masters of Ceremony, Setting Food Tables, Photography, Shopping, Transporting OAANY Items from and back to the Storage, Etc… 3) We need some ideas for new activities.
